Now Naxos - Thousand people pray at St Nikodimos from Mount Athos

With solemnity and reverence thousand believers celebrate today the feast of St. Nicodemus of the Holy Mountain.
The religious festivities culminate with the sequence Vespers and the request of the saint, the Holy Church of Saint Nicodemus in Naxos town, and immediately after (at 9.00 pm) followed by the Procession of sacred images and relics from the main coastal road to Metropolis Paronaxia where they sang the Supplication of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
