Rich Froning Jr. (born July 21, 1987) is an American professional CrossFit athlete known for his achievements in the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 CrossFit Games. He became the first person to win the title of "Fittest Man on Earth" four times with his first place in the 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 CrossFit Games.
