Bakatselos denies publication of "KONTRA NEWS" -
Alexander Bakatselos gave his response to publication of «KONTRA NEWS» who wanted "entangled" with "thalassodaneia" and be prosecuted for a felony. He points out that the article never neither he nor the companies represented have received "thalassodaneia" nor dikoketai felony. Let's answer Mr. Bakatselou:
With surprise and indignation informed today headlines of a newspaper article with the name «KONTRA NEWS», which, under the false and misleading readership entitled "For thalassodaneia has gotten from banks prosecuted for felony A.. BAKATSELOS From Prosecution sources was known to conduct research and to channel ACTION 24 "attempted and eventually reached the insult of my personality and my report in unnecessary social criticism. This publication, which is entirely untrue, and the author of this was in full knowledge of the falsity, replete slanderous allegations such intensity and acidity, which precludes any legitimate interest of the reading public information, regarding issues of interest to the current news , ranking thereby obtained in pure libel.
In particular, the unknown author of the libel and much more the publisher of this newspaper, in order to attract readers who likes to superficial gimmicks, deliberately not complied with the minimum trading requirement imposed by the code of journalistic ethics, ie. Investigate in advance the accuracy the news or information which is to be broadcast.
So if the unknown author had abused the freedom of the press and had previously contacted me to check it, in any case, alleged untrue "information", then he would have been notified by me personally that:
