1,500 delegates at the 28th Congress of the Diabetes Association of Northern Greece
1,500 participants from Greece and abroad attended the lectures and 90 Greek and foreign leading scientists from 12 to 15 November 2014, at the 28th Annual Congress of the Diabetes Association of Northern Greece, Thessaloniki, chaired by Assistant Professor Medicine Diabetology-AUTH, Mr. Rose DIDANGELOU. In addition, 2,842 attended the conference broadcast live online channel Livemedia, while a total 16 458 have attended so far saved videos.

The conference, which has become an institution for the most populous city in terms of participation, presented for the first time more than ten drugs, including new types of insulin for the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus.
The purpose of the annual conference, as stated by Mr. DIDANGELOU is to contribute as much as possible in continuing education and correct information for doctors in the field of diabetes and help to better address them.
During the conference the DEVE organized parallel events in Thessaloniki.
