The program of Mount Athos Area Kouzina 2015 is presented in the markets of the world, signed by Dina Nikolaou in cooperation with the Greek-Italian Chamber of Thessaloniki.
Thirty two culinary evenings are included in the program of Mount Athos Area KOUZINA, which - as every year - takes place in Mount Athos, in Chalkidiki from May 15th to June 15th.
Every night at 8.00 p.m., the head of the organization, the chef Dina Nikolaou and eighteen local chef, in collaboration with five European chef, highlighted the use of local products for cooking / baking and presenting culinary techniques.
