Vasilis Kasouras will join us at the 4rth Livemedia Web Marathon
Vasilis Kasouras, musician, composer and performer with his team will be with us on the 4rth Livemedia Web Marathon to entertain us.
Those who attend the Christmas Bazaar of the Spastics Society of Northern Greece (SSNG) in Thessaloniki on Sunday, December 7th, 2014, at the premises of SSNG, will have the opportunity to sing and dance with Vasilis Kasouras and his live music orchestra.
The 4rth Livemedia Web Marathon will be organized for the fourth consecutive year by the company Inventics SA, along with the Christmas Bazaar of SSNG and will be broadcasted live by Livemedia.
About the musical composer and performer Vasilis Kasouras
Vasilis Kasouras was born in Katouna, Aitoloakarnania in late 63’s where he was brought up until his High school graduation.
He comes to Thessaloniki in 1980 where he studies mechanic technology. His huge love about Greek folk music all those years, brings him close to remarkable musicians as a student at the beginning and then as a partner.
Since 1985 he focuses his studies in written and oral musical traditions of North-South Mediterranean referring to musical instruments as ud, lauta, and taboura gathering even more knowledge from important teachers of this area.
During his extra long musical work appears as a solist and also as a singer in many parts of Greece and abroad where he works with famous, unique and remarkable musicians and singers.
It’s worth to be mentioned his aspect about music through the orchestrations in musical productions where he gives his own personal style.
