Arrested, morning hours today (14-01-2015) by officers of the Department People Search Thessaloniki Security Division, 72chroni resident, company president, with activity in the field of advertising catalogs printing services, brochures, posters and other promotional material, non payment of debts to the State repeatedly.
The amount of the debt is in sum of 2,208,466.81 euros for the period from 30-06-2011 to 30.04.2014.
The charges against the captured, regarding the provisions of Articles 98 PK "Crimes operands repeated", 25 Fri 1d 'of Law. 1882/90, as now applicable after the amendment to Article 3 paragraph 1 of N.3943 / 11 "Non-payment of debts to the State."
The captured led to Mr. Attorney Misdemeanors Thessaloniki.
