The diagnosis can be made with regular illustrative checks if someone has a high-risk group such as smoking and a series of endoscopic techniques. As observed finding in imaging evaluation (eg mass, swollen lymph nodes) with a series of tests such as bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) or biopsy under CT or ultrasound guidance will be biopsy to make a diagnosis. Also thorakocheirougos will give the solution of the diagnosis, and therapy if the lesion is solitary nodule (mass <2cm, without lymphadenopathy).
