Greek World Champions at World Champions debate
The 19 years old debaters Roussi Maria and Theodore Ntounias, representing the team of the National Technical University of Athens, were the big winners in the category EFL (English as Foreign Language- English as a foreign language), to the end of the event, held on 01/03/2016 Concert Hall Thessaloniki.
In the finals, they had to defend the use of photographic material featuring refugee awareness campaigns.
This is an important distinction in the debate of the event for Greece, which was present at the World Championships with five groups (and Business, University of Athens, University of Macedonia, NTUA, Deree College). After 9 preliminary rounds, held from 29 to 31 December, the Universities finalist category EFL was the National Technical University of Greece, the FSU Jena in Germany, Brawijaya A from Indonesia and UKIM Skopje from Macedonia
