The President of Greek Red Cross,, Dr. Antonios Avgerinos was present at the meeting on "Management of refugee flows in Northern Greece", organized by the Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction (Macedonia - Thrace), in collaboration with the International University of Greece, in the Grand Auditorium of the International University of Greece.
