HAPCO-TCB cooperation agreement to promote congress tourism
The co-operation agreement was signed by the President of the Association of Hellenic Professional Conference Organizers (HAPCO) Mr. Irene Tolis and the President of the Athens Chamber of Conferences and Visitors to the Metropolitan Area of Thessaloniki (TCB), Mr. Ioannis Aslanis.
The common field of reference of the two institutions is the effort to make Greece a strong congress destination, and a pole of attraction for the recruitment and attraction of international conferences and events.

The two organizations will also work together to design and produce a common framework for classification and certification standards for tourism professionals specializing in the congress industry
